Most jobs are solved within that first hour. If more time is needed, we’ll always discuss it with you before continuing, so you stay in control of costs. Our hourly rate after call out is £20 per half hour after.
Our Data Transfer service is for customers who have purchased a new device and require documents, photos and accounts to be transferred from the old device (mac or PC). This does not include any hardware such as USB devices that may be required for backups.

Before Upgrading to Windows 11 we will back up all important files and documents. Ensure we know your passwords and account details and there is sufficient disk space to install. Verify that applications are compatible with windows 11. Back up any passwords and bookmarks saved in web browsers.
We will find out about any specialist software or hardware you use.
Before the upgrade we will check the device and recommend the SSD size will store all the data you currently have on there. For PC we will clone the disk so everything will work as before, for a Mac we will reinstall the correct operating system for the device.
