When you book a visit, our call-out fee of £45 covers travel, the first hour of on-site support, and full diagnosis of your issue.
Most jobs are solved within that first hour. If more time is needed, we’ll always discuss it with you before continuing, so you stay in control of costs. Our hourly rate after call out is £20 per half hour after.

Our Data Transfer service is for  customers who have purchased a new device and require documents, photos and accounts to be transferred from the old device (mac or PC). This does not include any hardware such as USB devices that may be required for backups.
